Step 2: What are your core values?
- After reviewing your resume, we will follow up with a 10 minute phone conversation.
- Following the phone conversation, we will send five questions to be answered on each of our Core Values: actively learning, seeking creative solutions, taking time to help others, exuding optimism, and driven to find a better way. Be dazzling!
Step 3: Come on in and meet us!
- After the answers are submitted, you’ll hear back from us in regards to next steps in the process. If you’ve demonstrated our core values in your responses, we’ll look forward to inviting you to the Lawline.com Headquarters!
- Candidates can expect the in-person discussion to cover the candidate’s articulation, internal drive, cognitive ability, creative mindset, and overall sociability.
Step 4: Get ready for some fun…
- Following the in-person interview, select candidates will be invited into the Lawline.com offices for a 3-week paid internal test period.
- We start with our core: Customer Service. You’ll spend some time with our energetic staff to get to know the product and our customers
From there, we’ll get you started in your role, and you’ll have the opportunity to demonstrate your Core Value alignment, skill-set, product knowledge, and love for learning over this time!
