Accreditation is an essential component of Lawline and unique to the world of continuing education. Our Accreditation team specializes in announcing, processing and reporting the completion of all our continuing education programs. Operating with an extreme attention to detail, the accreditation team communicates with state accrediting bodies across the nation to provide a variety of options for customers to meet their mandatory continuing education requirements. Accreditation Coordinator

Share Position:

The Accreditation team ensures that all Lawline programs are approved by the various state regulating agencies to provide CLE credit to attorneys across the country. In many states, this means maintaining our status as an established sponsor of approved courses, while in others, this means filling out individual course applications for each program we offer. The Accreditation Department is also responsible for reporting attorneys’ attendance at these programs to state regulating agencies, where required.

The Position

We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to handle the day-to-day operations of the department.  

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Complete and submit course applications (online and paper) for various states
  • Communicate with state bar organizations to follow up on the status of outstanding applications
  • Process course approvals and ensure that course accreditation information is up to date and properly reflected on Lawline.com
  • Submit monthly attendance reports to state bar organizations
  • Update compliance bundles
  • Collaborate with outsourced team members on various projects
  • Keep all documents for the department organized (application forms, approval notices, invoices, etc.)
