Business Development

Every morning starts with a Sales Team Meeting. All team members are expected to contribute and learn about sales strategies, techniques, and analysis. Throughout the day warm leads are developed, followed up with, and closed.

Manage your own leads and drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. Salesperson will be required to make 150 outbound calls daily. Program Attorney – Miami Offices

Lawline.com has opened offices in Miami, Florida and we are looking for a motivated Program Attorney to begin booking CLE programs!

Our Program Attorney will be networking with local Florida attorneys over the phone and in-person to find faculty who are interested in teaching an hour long CLE program made for online learning. Along with recruiting attorneys to become faculty members, the Program Attorney will develop course ideas, prepare course outlines and materials, schedule filming, and maintain relationships.

Legal Content Assistant – Semester Internship

Legal Content Assistant will work with the Content Development team to create written materials to compliment Continuing Legal Education (CLE) content for Lawline.com. Courses cover federal and state law in all practice areas.

This is a great opportunity for any law school student to network with expert attorneys in the legal field. Content Assistant will be part of our fast paced, team environment.

Legal Content Assistants will be asked to perform many different tasks. Most importantly, you will be managed and supervised by our Program Attorney team. Tasks include networking with attorneys to add faculty members to our prestigious lecturing team, developing course content in specific practice areas and states, viewing CLE courses produced by Lawline, and assisting in packaging together our product for customers.

Research will need to be conducted to create course materials for viewers of our programs. Course materials may include outlines, articles, and power point presentations.

Lawline.com is searching for a full time Marketing Manager in its New York City office. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for the planning and execution of of the company’s integrated marketing mix, including Print media, email, Google Adwords, and SEO. Further, this position will oversee the growth of marketing campaigns in Lawline.com’s expansionary markets, such as educational coursework in accounting, tax planning, and others. The Marketing Manager will also help grow Lawline.com’s social media efforts and build community relations through this effort. The Marketing Manager must have strong leadership abilities to work with department heads and others to coordinate the marketing efforts.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute email campaigns that generate and nurture qualified leads
- Hands on use of marketing automation tools including landing page development, list and database management and segmentation, email creation, email campaign delivery and reporting
- Work closely with product marketing, product management and sales teams to collaborate on email, promotional, and thought leadership content

- BS degree required, MBA preferred
