The Role
Lawline is a leading provider of continuing education and professional development to attorneys nationwide. We are on a mission to empower the legal profession’s pursuit of justice by promoting the exchange of ideas through the curation, production, and delivery of actionable content.
As a Learning Solutions Attorney, you will be responsible for creating useful and engaging content that helps attorneys maximize their legal skills and expertise, equipping them with the tools they need to effectively serve their clients. You will establish and leverage relationships with top attorneys, legal organizations, and renowned legal authorities who are at the forefront of evolving legal developments in the industry. By engaging these individuals as part of Lawline’s esteemed faculty, you will collaborate to develop innovative and impactful programming that educates the legal community and drives business growth.
Additionally, you will manage an extensive portfolio of existing Lawline faculty—high-level, experienced practitioners eager to share their knowledge. Through thoughtful relationship-building, you will cultivate long-term professional connections that enhance Lawline’s reach, expand its influence, and support the development of enterprise leads.
Primary Responsibilities
- Recruit talented legal professionals to join the Lawline faculty
- Manage your own extensive portfolio of existing Lawline faculty
- Create high-quality and relevant programs for attorneys
- Drive customer engagement with our content by creating compelling day-long events
- Continuously keep up-to-date on trends and challenges likely to impact the legal industry
- Leverage new and existing relationships to educate the legal community and develop and nurture enterprise leads
Minimum Qualifications
- Licensed Attorney in Good Standing (in any U.S. jurisdiction)
- 2+ years experience practicing law
- Experience creating CLE programs or trainings for attorneys
- Established relationships with law firms, legal thought leaders, and individual attorneys across different organizations and firms
- Strong self-starter requiring minimal direction who enjoys both autonomy and collaboration
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills
- Adaptable
- Detail-oriented
