The Role

The Office Assistant will be a member of the small, vibrant and dynamic Business Operations team. This individual will provide excellent support for all Lawline team members, guests and companies who share our collaborative work space. This includes supporting all of those groups with the necessary supplies, technology, telecomm, food and drinks and ensure they have the best experience possible. This team member will fulfill the vital role of making sure all guests, especially Lawline’s faculty, are greeted warmly at the front of our office space, and have everything they need while they are with us.

The Office Assistant will also help Lawline find new companies to share our open desks and offices, order all of our supplies and food, and manage the relationships with our outsourced IT company and other vendors including those who service the copier/scanner, air conditioning units, water supply, printer, and cleaning services. In addition, this person will provide administrative and project support, as needed, to all of Lawline’s functions (Customer Experience, Content, Sales and Marketing, and Product) as well as to our CEO and COO.

We’re seeking an employee who actively listens and responds with positivity and care in every interaction. This person will report to the Vice President of Business Operations.

Compensation for this role is set at $40,000 annually.

Desired Skills and Experience
